Hello!
I'm Asfand and I'm a creative
I love people, I love their stories, and I love telling them stories. Here are some that I’ve told over the years.

7up Dil Ki Baat - BBDO Pakistan
The Client: How do we make 7up feel like more than just something you enjoy with meals? Like something personal and relatable, maybe?
Me: So like a gesture of love?
The Client: Like a gesture of love!
Me: So let's say our 'Dil Ki Baat' with a 7up then.
Pakistan the BIGGEST market for 7up in Asia!

Spotify Launch - BBDO Pakistan
The Client: Pakistanis are too hooked on to YouTube and Soundcloud for music. How do we change that?
Me: YouTube shows limited released music on the feed unless specifically searched for and Soundcloud has a severely limited catalogue.
The Client: Our platform fixes that! But what if it gets overwhelming to adapt to being bombarded with so many music options?
Me: Mood-based playlists! 'Jaisa mood waisi dhun!'

A-Series Launch - Adcom Pakistan
The Client: The A-Series is a phone we want to launch for young content creators.
Me: So let's make it look like the content they love creating.
The Client: But we need fun visuals to make it pop...maybe even Gen-Z's favorite artists singing a catchy song implicitly talking about the phone's features in it that you can write?
Me: Awesome!

Client: Awesome! Now let's do one for the No Shake Cam and another with Abdul Hannan!

Heat Happens 2.0 - Ogilvy Pakistan
The Client: Sprite is the ultimate cooldown for summer heat and the frustration that comes with it. I want to show that.
Me: Thoughts on showcasing how bad the heat gets, bringing you so much closer to the monster inside, and how good a Sprite feels?
The Client: That's hot! But make sure it's witty and relatable
Me: 'Sprite Laga Thand Rakh!'

Sprite Lemon Mint Ramadan - Ogilvy Pakistan
The Client: We wanna do something cool for Ramadan for Sprite Lemon Mint.
Me: How fun would it be if we did something about the blunders made during Ramadan when people are fasting? 'Ramadan mein itna tou chalta hai!'
The Client: 'Sprite Lemon Mint Se Thand Rakh!'

ICC Championship - Ogilvy Pakistan
The Client: Pakistanis have lost faith in the cricket scene lately. We'd like to change that.
Me: Not having hosted a match in so long and losing so much does that to someone but at least one thing's changing this time.
The Client: We're the hosts! So what do we say to tell them to keep faith.
Me: You just said it, 'Yaqeen Ki Jeet Hai!'
Some more clients I've had the pleasure to work with
